Once your choice is made, you can order directly on the site using the integrated purchase order wich is validated according to instructions.

The invoice reflects the catalog prices at the time of the order. The order form shows the total amount to be paid, inclued delivery cost .

Upon reception of the order and within the three working days, the goods are shipped ( See postal stamp ). The shared delivery cost by Artemis will be to a maximum of 3,5 Euros per item. ( 6,50 Euros out of European countries) Order of more 160. Euros : No shipping charge.

Claims for goods damaged during shipping must be made with the forwarding agent.

Artemis reserves the right to refuse an order. It is our intention to dispatch all orders promptly from stock. if an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed after placing your order and given an aproximate delivery time.

If for some reason, you are not satisfied with the product(s) purchased from us, you may return it (in its original packaging and condition) within 30 days and receive credit towards the purchase of another item. Please note that is not possible to refund the shipping costs. Used merchandise may be not returned under any circumstances.
